Julien Oeuillet The Voice of South Taiwan Shines a Spotlight on Kaohsiung Ep 315

Julien Oeuillet is an independent journalist, known as the Voice of South Taiwan who has produced content for Radio Taiwan International and TaiwanPlus. He is the Founding Editor of IPON the Indo-Pacific Open News.
